We currently have clinics in Venice, Englewood, and North Port, and will be opening a fourth clinic in Osprey in Fall 2006. Physical Therapist

PhysioWorks seeks experienced physical therapists with excellent manual therapy skills. We prefer individuals who have specialized in orthopedics and have advanced knowledge and experience in the treatment of spinal and musculo-skeletal disorders, as well as post surgical repairs. We value Continuing Education as an ongoing part of one's career development.

Physical Therapist Assistant

PhysioWorks seeks enthusiastic and energetic Physical Therapist Assistants who have a special interest in outpatient therapy and are willing to work in a team environment. Our Physical Therapist Assistants work closely with the Physical Therapist providing patients with education, therapeutic exercise, muscle re-education, and modalities. We look for those who are able to follow treatment plans and provide feedback both verbally and in their documentation.

Physical Therapy Aide

This is ideal for the motivated individual who is enjoys working with people. Our aides are in control the flow of patients in our clinics. They also perform duties such as filing, cleaning, laundry, and inventory. A Physical Therapy Aide must be self directed and anticipate the needs of our patients.

Medical Billing Specialist

Our Billing Specialists are committed to the well being of the patient and the organization. They strive to transition the gap of understanding between the patient and the insurance company. Our specialists have extensive experience in medical billing and coding. Knowledge of physical therapy terminology is preferred.

Physical Therapy Office Positions

Front office positions are critical to our daily operations, and are generally the first interaction our patients have with us. Responsibilities include general reception, data entry, and communication with insurance carriers and referral sources. We seek individuals who learn quickly and possess exceptional customer service, word processing, and computer skills. Applicants must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and have strong organizational skills.
